In order to get you building strength like a BOSS you will have to train like one. You’re going to be really training like the pro’s. Focussing on compound movements like deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press and squats to work all your major muscle groups and give you the increase in power you want.
You will be pushing your limits with the weight rather than reps and working at a higher intensity when it comes to reaching your one rep max (1RM).
You will be implementing accessory work and incorporating movements that compliment each other to help get you stronger faster.
Compound movements are multi-joint exercises that work several muscles or muscle groups at one time which engages many muscles.
Accessory Work is movement that helps support and increase the lift or task at hand and dedicating time each to areas that you are weaker in.
Boss Strength utilises multiple proven methods on gaining strength and muscle. This is not only going to uplevel your training but also uplevel your knowledge of how to train and show you what you are truly capable of.
