The 6 Week All-In Challenge is a FREE program that also offers the opportunity to be rewarded a further $500 worth of “Change Centres dollars” for a successful transformation (as described in #2 and #3). This can be used towards a Change Centres membership of your choice. You understand that in order to redeem your “Change Centres dollars”, you will have to commit to a membership following the completion of the program.
  1. A successful transformation is defined as “a transformation in which a minimum of 9kg of weight loss has been achieved from your weigh-in by utilising the Change Centres Facilities official scales on the official weigh-out day and time as stated above”. *The same scales for both weigh in and weigh out must be used.
  1. You agree and understand the following: You are required to work out at least 5 days per week at our Change Centres Facility; You must do a “public check in” on Facebook on your profile after every session with a short sentence on your experience; You must change Facebook profile picture to the logo provided for the duration of the challenge; you must change your Facebook profile picture to the logo we provide you for the duration of the challenge; you must provide a written review of your experience with us at the end of your challenge.
  1. You understand and agree that it is mandatory to attend the Kick-off, Week 3 Check-in, and Graduation weigh-out to be eligible for $500 worth of “Change Centres dollars” for a successful transformation.
  1. You understand and agree that in order to be eligible for the 6 Week Transformation for FREE, you must continue on a Membership with our facility at the end of the challenge. You understand and agree that to opt-out of the membership, you are required to book an in-person appointment with our team member no later week 6 of your All-In Challenge, and fulfil all terms and conditions stated above.
  1. You understand and agree to provide evidence of your Facebook check-ins and profile picture, in the form of screenshots before the completion of the program, in order to claim your $500 “Change Centres dollars” or should you decide you would like to discontinue your health and fitness journey with us.
