INGREDIENTS:
2.5lbs (8 legs) chicken legs
4oz (8 slices) prosciutto
dried oregano, to taste
salt and black pepper, to taste
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Preheat the oven to 375F°F.
2. Season legs with oregano and black pepper on both sides.
3. Wrap each leg with a single slice of prosciutto.
4. Add legs to a glass baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and serve.
