BANANAS WITH ALMOND BUTTER AND COCONUT (Serves 2)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large banana
  • 2 Tbs almond butter
  • 2 Tbs coconut milk

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Slice banana and divide between two small bowls.
  2. Top each banana half with half of the almond butter and coconut milk.
  3. Add slivered almonds, cinnamon, and/or shredded coconut for a tasty variation.
