BUN-LESS BURGERS (Serves 2)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Mix meat, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper together with a fork.
  2. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil when hot.
  4. Cook the burgers until desired temperature is reached.
