*Please note that before you can start booking classes using the mobile app (Mind Body), you must first do the following on your desktop.
1. Select your LOCATION
2. Click on SIGN UP NOW next to the class you wish to book
3. Go to LOG IN
4. Click on FORGOT PASSWORD
5. Enter your email address or username
6. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password!
If you are unable to make it to a class, please remember to CANCEL your booking!

Do I have to make a booking before attending a class?
As of Monday 5th October 2015, you must book a class before attending.
How far in advance can I book classes?
You can book classes up to 7 days in advance.
What happens if I want to do a class but haven’t booked in for it?
If you attend the facility for a class you haven’t booked in for,
the spots will first be given as a priority to the clients who have booked in.
If the class is fully booked, you will be unable to attend the class.
What should I do if I can no longer attend a class I’ve booked in for?
Please cancel your booking. Clients who regularly book in for classes but do not show up
will be subject to a ban from that particular class.
Help! I’ve encountered an error with the system and cannot seem to book into a class.
