The mobile app for our class booking system is called Mind Body Connect. Once you've downloaded the app, please search for our business called Ultimate You Change Centres. You will need to proceed with logging in with the account you had already first created on your desktop.

Membership Enquiry

We are sorry to hear that you are requesting to cancel your membership. One of our team will check your contract terms and conditions and will be in touch to advise you of the next course of action.
Please note that we require a minimum of 7 days notice to process a cancellation. If you are requesting for a cancellation with less than 7 days notice, any debit that falls within these 7 days will continue to be processed.
